Kim

My baby girl loves her black and white mobile. When I tried to find one on-line to give to a friend, I was surprised to draw a blank. I tracked down its designer Tina and was delighted to find that she also has a range of other wonderfully creative, imaginative toys for children. From there ThinkingFun began (interupted by the odd 5 am feed, nappy change, or trip to the park).

Robin Barker

Robin has spent 25 years as a midwife and early childhood nurse, caring for and writing about babies. She has put all this experience to work writing the best selling Baby Love,The Mighty Toddler and Australian Baby and Toddler Meals. She is currently writing a column on Toddlers for the Australian Woman's Weekly, has just completed her Graduate Diploma in literature at the University of Technology, Sydney and is currently working on her first novel.

Tina

Tina Matthews likes making art that moves. Originally a puppet maker, she has worked for the Marionette Theatre of Australia, Henson's Muppet workshop in London, the ABC, and Bananas in Pyjamas. During these productions she also produced two children and found she needed something to keep them happy and occupied while she worked sculpting and constructing puppets on the kitchen table, and thus the black and white baby mobile was born.

Jodie

Jodie is a psychologist and author. Her career has spanned management consulting, freelance writing, book publishing and research work. She currently fits running bravenewword, a professional writing and publishing business, in around caring for her 3 year old daughter Wirra, and baby son Jet.
